Lisbon is also the home of the Moxie Festival and has a surviving station that the Railroad Diner keeps in good repair.
Little River was the switch at the west end of the siding here and Maine Central Railroad used it on order forms to avoid confusion with the Lisbon Station and other "Falls" stations. This was the name of the plantation that the town was incorporated out of and is the name of the stream that forms the border between Lisbon and Topsham.
